    Our Year 2 and 3 class is a welcoming space where children grow in confidence and curiosity. We focus on building strong foundations in reading, writing, and maths, while encouraging creativity through hands-on projects and topic work. The children enjoy working together, sharing ideas, and developing independence as they prepare for the next steps in their learning journey.

    Newstead Abbey 2025

    As part of our history topic 'The Victorians', the children visited Newstead Abbey to experience what life for children was like during this period. The children made herb bags, completed jobs, played with toys and experienced a school day as a Victorian child.
