Overview

At Leverton Academy we follow the Read Write Inc scheme to teach children the skills needed to read, write and spell confidently. Children take part in daily discrete Read Write Inc lessons from Reception to Year 2. Read Write Inc covers all the elements required in order to develop the early reading skills needed to become confident fluent readers ready for the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
